IP Recipe: Fresh & Spicy Tomato Salad
Fresh & Spicy Tomato Salad: Great for all phases of Ideal Protein
Eating healthy doesn’t have to mean boring. This Fresh & Spicy Tomato Salad has been spiced up with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors that are both scrumptious and satisfying. This recipe is good for all Ideal Protein participants, but remember, Phase 1 and Phase 2 dieters can only have tomatoes twice a week!
- 1 pint of grape tomatoes sliced in half
- 1/2 bunch of cilantro chopped
- 1 finely chopped jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 red onion diced
- salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
