This recipe for roasted okra is great for all phases of the Ideal Protein program.  A great healthy snack to keep you moving and fight off those in-between meal cravings! Roasting okra is simple and easy, and as a bonus, the vegetable’s texture is much firmer when roasted.

Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss okra in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in oven for 10-20 minutes, depending on your preference.

Tastes like it’s fried!
