- 7 oz chicken, sliced
- 2 oz chicken stock
- 1 cup zucchini, chopped
- 1 cup king oyster mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp smoked sea salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp grape seed oil
- sea salt & pepper, to taste
In two hot non-stick pans, add grape seed oil.
In one pan, add chicken and sea salt. Once the chicken is cooked, add smoked paprika, Dijon mustard and 1oz of chicken stock.
In the other pan, add mushrooms, zucchini, smoked paprika and 1oz of chicken stock.
Lastly, place vegetables on a plate and top it off with cooked chicken.
Ready to serve!
