Tabbouleh SaladAre you getting enough vegetables in your diet?  This delicious Ideal Protein recipe for  Tabbouleh Salad is the perfect way to incorporate a wide variety of veggies into your meal.  You can customize the recipe to your own taste.  Try adding protein to the salad, such as tuna or grilled chicken!  We can’t wait to hear what you think of the Tabbouleh Salad.



•              1 – Cauliflower Head

•              5 – Medium Mushrooms

•              3 – Small Dill Pickles

•              1 – Celery Stalk

•              1 – Cucumber

•              1 tsp Minced Garlic

•              1 – 1/4 Cup Diced Red Onion

•              1 tsp Olive Oil

•              1 tbsp Horseradish Mustard

•              1 tbsp of White Wine Vinegar

•              Pinch of Chives

•              Chopped Basil to taste

•              Sea Salt to taste



Dice or coarsely chop all the ingredients and put them in a mixing bowl. Add

mustard, vinegar, oil, then sprinkle with sea salt. Mix it all together and enjoy.
