Build a Stronger Back

Back pain affects over 31 million Americans and is the second most common reason for visits to the doctor’s office. Back pain takes the fun out of life.  But don’t worry, we’ve got your back – back health that is!

In order to keep your body healthy and your muscles and joints flexible and pain-free, try these soft-tissue exercises. These can be done with a lacrosse ball or another rubber ball on the wall.  Nourish your muscles so you can get back to doing the things you love.

In order to build a stronger back, you have to keep your muscles loose. Try these exercises to increase circulation.  Massage each tight muscle for 1-2 minutes focusing pressure on the tender spots.
