BRIO Fitness Challenge for May is the push up. Pick the appropriate version of the push up and start today. See the videos below for options.
General Guidelines:
- Choose the push up version below that is challenging but pain free. Shoot for at least 15 repetitions.
- Do one max set of the push up
- Perform2-4x/week depending on your current fitness level.
- Increase the number of repetitions from week to week by 10% /week.
