10th Day of Fitmas…Lateral Band Walk

On the 10th Day of Fitmas, my PT gave to me…a Lateral Band Walk.

  • With an elastic band around both ankles, walk to the side while keeping your feet spread apart.
  • Keep your hips back and knees slightly bent the entire time.
  • 3 x 10 steps each side.

9th Day of Fitmas…Side Lying Clam

On the 9th Day of Fitmas, my PT gave to me…a Side-Lying Clam.

  • Lie on your side with both knees bent.
  • Keep your feet together on the table and lift the knee towards the ceiling.
  • Only lift the knee as high as you can without letting the hip roll backwards.
  • 3 x 10 reps each side.
