SportFIT by BRIO is ideal for young athletes seeking an understanding of precisely how to improve their overall sports performance—no matter the sport. Helping athletes to comprehend their own physical and mental needs, BRIO develops an individualized performance solution that is measurable, efficient, and effective. Team BRIO’s experienced team of physical therapists and sports performance specialists work with athletes to inspire them to reach their goals and realize their full athletic potential.

BRIO sports performance specialists conduct a 60-minute session focusing on speed, agility, strength, power, flexibility, recovery, and injury prevention.  Each session is designed specifically for the athletes based on age, gender, experience, and sport. SportFIT sessions are scheduled by appointment Monday – Thursday between 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Athletes are tested and retested to track progress throughout the program.  The tests include the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Y Balance Test (YBT), and a battery of performance tests to measure overall sports performance.  The performance tests measure: speed, agility, lower body strength, upper body strength, and cardiovascular endurance.
